Spiced Nut Mix

Prep: 10 minutes plus cooling
Bake: 30 minutes • Serves: 8

1 large egg white
1 can (8 ounces) mixed nuts with peanuts
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1-1/4 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1-1/4 teaspoons salt-free Southwest chipotle seasoning blend

1.Preheat oven to 300°. In a medium bowl, whisk egg white until foamy; add remaining ingredients and toss until nuts are thoroughly coated.

2.Spread nut mixture on a rimmed baking pan; bake 15 minutes. Remove pan from oven; stir, separating nuts, and spread on pan. Bake nut mixture 15 minutes; cool in pan on wire rack 3 minutes, then transfer to a large plate to cool completely. Store nut mix in an airtight container at room temperature up to 1 week.
