Air Fryer Garam Masala Salmon Bites

Air Fry: 10 minutes • Serves: 8
1/4 cup finely chopped cucumber
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon Our Family® Ground Cumin
1/2 teaspoon Our Family® Salt
1/4 cup Our Family® 100% Pure Olive Oil
1-1/2 tablespoons Finest Reserve™ by Our Family® Garam Masala
4 salmon fillets, skin removed, if necessary, cut into 1-inch pieces (about 5 ounces each)
1. In medium bowl, stir yogurt, cucumber, onion, cilantro, lemon juice, cumin and salt; cover and refrigerate. Makes about 1-1/2 cups.
2. Preheat 3-quart air fryer to 375° for 5 minutes. In large bowl, whisk oil and garam masala; add salmon and toss. In 2 batches, air fry salmon 5 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°. Makes about 32 salmon bites.
3. Serve salmon bites with yogurt mixture for dipping.
