Transfer walnuts to plate to cool completely; coarsely chop.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"recPrep\"><span>2.<\/span>In large bowl, toss remaining ingredients and walnuts.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"recPrep\"><span>3.<\/span>For Dressing: In medium bowl, whisk together honey, vinegar and mustard; slowly drizzle in oil, whisking constantly.
