\nTuscan Tuna, White Bean & Avocado Salad<\/span><\/p>\n

Prep: 25 minutes \u2022 Serves: 4<\/span> <\/p>\n

1\t<\/span>can (12 ounces) solid white albacore tuna in water, drained
\n1\/2\t<\/span>cup diced red onion
\n1\t<\/span>tablespoon chopped fresh basil leaves
\n1\t<\/span>tablespoon chopped fresh chives
\n1\t<\/span>tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
\n1\t<\/span>tablespoon fresh lemon juice
\n1\t<\/span>tablespoon red wine vinegar
\n1\/2 \t<\/span>teaspoon kosher salt
\n1\/2 \t<\/span>teaspoon ground black pepper
\n1\t<\/span>cup rinsed and drained cannellini beans
\n1\/2 \t<\/span>cup diced tomato
\n4\t<\/span>cups spring mix salad greens
\n2\t<\/span>medium avocados
\n8\t<\/span>1\/4-inch-thick slices French baguette brushed with 2 teaspoons olive oil and toasted<\/span>\n<\/div>\n

1. <\/span>In medium bowl, flake tuna with fork. Stir in onion, basil, chives, oil, lemon juice, vinegar, salt and pepper. Fold in beans and tomato.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. <\/span>Divide greens over 4 individual plates. Cut avocados in half; remove pits and remove avocado flesh from skin using a large spoon. Place 1 avocado half over greens on each plate. <\/span><\/p>\n

3. <\/span>Spoon tuna mixture into avocado halves on each plate and serve with baguette toasts.<\/span><\/p>\n
