Broiled Italian Tomatoes

Broil: 5 minutes • Serves: 4

Nonstick cooking spray
1/4cup whole wheat panko breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1-1/2teaspoons olive oil
1 teaspoon no salt added Italian seasoning
1/4teaspoon ground black pepper
1 pint grape tomatoes, halved lengthwise

1.Preheat broiler to high; spray large rimmed baking pan with cooking spray. In small bowl, stir breadcrumbs, cheese, oil, Italian seasoning and pepper.

2.Place tomatoes, cut side up, in single layer on prepared pan; sprinkle with breadcrumb mixture. Broil tomatoes 5 minutes or until golden brown.
