Cottage Cheese Chipotle-Lime Crema

1 cup 4% milkfat small curd cottage cheese
2 tablespoons chopped chipotle pepper in adobo sauce
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1/2 tablespoon lime zest

1.In blender, purée all ingredients. Makes about 1 cup.
