Radish & Whipped Goat Cheese Crostini

Prep: 20 minutes plus cooling
Bake: 10 minutes • Serves: 12

1 loaf (10.5 ounces) French baguette, cut crosswise into 36 (1/2-inch-thick) slices
1-1/2 logs (4 ounces each) goat cheese, softened
1/4 (8-ounce) package Our Family® Original Cream Cheese, softened
1/4 teaspoon Our Family® Salt
1/2 teaspoon Our Family® Pure Ground Black Pepper
5 medium radishes, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons Our Family® Pure Honey
Chopped fresh thyme for garnish (optional)

1.Preheat oven to 350°. Place baguette slices in single layer on rimmed baking pan; bake 10 minutes or until bottoms are lightly browned and crisp. Cool completely.

2.In medium bowl, with mixer on medium-high speed, beat goat cheese, cream cheese, salt and pepper 3 minutes or until light and fluffy, scraping down sides of bowl occasionally. Makes about 1 cup.

3.Spread crostini with cheese mixture; top with radishes and drizzle with honey. Makes about 36 crostini.

4.Serve crostini garnished with thyme, if desired.

Chef Tip
A mandoline can be used to thinly slice the radishes.
