Vegan Spinach-Artichoke Dip

Our Family® Canola Oil No Stick Cooking Spray
2 containers (8 ounces each) Philadelphia Plant-Based Original Dairy-Free Spread, softened
1 can (14 ounces) Our Family® Quartered Artichoke Hearts In Brine, drained and coarsely chopped
1 package (10 ounces) frozen Our Family® Chopped Spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
8 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup refrigerated original oat milk
3 tablespoons nutritional yeast
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon Our Family® Coarse Kosher Salt
1 teaspoon Our Family® Pure Ground Black Pepper

1.Preheat oven to 350°; spray 1-quart baking dish with cooking spray. In large bowl, stir dairy-free spread, artichokes, spinach, garlic, milk, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, salt and pepper; spread in prepared dish and bake 20 minutes.

2.Place oven rack 4 to 5 inches from broiler; preheat broiler to high. Broil dip 3 minutes or until edges bubble and top is golden brown. Makes about 3-1/2 cups.
