3-Ingredient Smoked Salmon Rosettes on Cucumber Rounds

1 container (7.5 ounces) chive and onion cream cheese spread, softened
32 (1/4-inch) slices English cucumber, patted dry
1 package (4 ounces) cold smoked salmon, cut into 32 (2 x 1/2-inch) strips

1.Spread or pipe cream cheese onto cucumber slices. Starting from short end of each salmon strip, roll up salmon to create “rosettes”; place on top of cream cheese. Makes 32 rosette rounds.
