Dried Cherry-Walnut Turkey Salad Croissant
Prep: 15 minutes • Serves: 4
1/4 cup olive oil mayonnaise
1-1/2 tablespoons Our Family® Dijon Mustard
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1-1/2 cups shredded skinless leftover or cooked turkey
1/4 cup Our Family® dried cherries
1/4 cup Our Family® Chopped Walnuts
2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
4 large bakery croissants, halved horizontally
1-1/2 tablespoons Our Family® Dijon Mustard
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1-1/2 cups shredded skinless leftover or cooked turkey
1/4 cup Our Family® dried cherries
1/4 cup Our Family® Chopped Walnuts
2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
4 large bakery croissants, halved horizontally
1.In medium bowl, whisk mayonnaise, mustard and lemon juice; fold in turkey, cherries, walnuts and onion. Makes about 2 cups turkey salad.
2.Serve turkey salad in croissants. Makes 4 sandwiches.
