Buffalo Chicken Pinwheels

Prep: 15 minutes plus chilling • Serves: 6

1/2 cup Daisy® Squeeze Sour Cream
2 teaspoons buffalo ranch seasoning mix
1-1/2 cups packed shredded deli baked chicken
1/4 cup Kraft Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
3 tablespoons Our Family® Crumbled Blue Cheese
3 tablespoons sliced green onions
3 Our Family® Soft Taco Style Wheat Tortillas

1.In medium bowl, whisk sour cream and seasoning; fold in chicken, cheeses and onions. Makes about 1-1/2 cups chicken mixture.

2.Leaving a 1-inch border, spread chicken mixture over tortillas; tightly roll up tortillas to enclose filling. Tightly wrap roll-ups in plastic wrap; refrigerate at least 2 hours or up to overnight.

3.Remove plastic wrap from roll-ups; trim 3/4-inch from each end. Cut each roll-up crosswise into 8 (3/4-inch-thick) slices. Makes 24 pinwheels.
