Shaved Snow Pea & Radish Salad
Prep: 15 minutes • Serves: 4
2 cups packed shredded radicchio
2 cups thinly sliced celery
2 cups thinly sliced radishes
2 cups thinly sliced snow peas
1/2 cup organic honey ginger vinaigrette or sesame ginger dressing
3/4 cup coarsely chopped Our Family® Walnut Halves & Pieces
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
1.In large bowl, toss endive, radicchio, celery, radishes, snow peas and vinaigrette; spread on large serving platter.
2.Serve salad sprinkled with walnuts and sesame seeds. Makes about 8 cups.

A mandoline can be used to thinly slice radishes.
To toast sesame seeds if not already toasted: In large skillet, cook sesame seeds over medium-low heat 3 minutes or until lightly browned, stirring frequently; transfer to plate to cool.
